Soirée Saint Valentin. Arrivant à l'hôtel à 22h30 pour cause d'activité professionnelle nous n'avons pas pu diner au restaurant de l'hôtel qui était déjà fermé ... ce qui est bizarre pour cette date là. Nous avons cependant pu profiter du sauna le lendemain matin et ce dernier est très bien.

La suite était particulièrement triste, sans décoration, et d'une simplicité martiale. L'absence de petit frigo, présent dans tout autre établissement 4 étoiles, était très surprenante et a posé un problème logistique (stockage d'insuline !). Pas de mention des travaux de nuit lors du checkin et c'est assez lâche de votre part : la première nuit, nous nous sommes demandés ce qu'il se passait ! Toutes nos nuits ont été perturbées, cela n'est en rien de votre fait, mais un paquet de nougat en guise de compensation, bof... Au sujet des travaux, les autorités de Clermont-Ferrand devraient se remettre en question, déjà que ce n'est pas très touristique...

Siamo andati con viaggio con Boscolo , hotel con servizi minimi, mancanza frigobar, personale scostante. A cena servito un Plats di carne roastbeff spessa e dura quasi tutti non l hanno mangiata. Alla richiesta di sostituirla con un piatto di formaggi o prosciutto ( eravamo in dieci persone ) ci è stata rifiutata, per il cuoco la carne andava bene, chi voleva poteva cambiare pagando il piatto. Veramente vergognoso per un hotel a 4 stelle, non si possono permettere alcuni piatti con due pezzi di formaggio? Colazione ai limiti della decenza. Forse in Francia le stelle agli alberghi le tirano.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a great location. Decent breakfast. A beautiful marine fish tank in reception. Can’t fault the hotel itself. It’s our second time here and we’d stay again. The Underground car park has really steep access ramps, so very low cars might struggle. It is however reassuringly secure. At the moment, the exit route from the car park is dug up but we weren’t notified. It meant driving over very rough ground/stones before exiting across a pedestrian route and cycle way onto a very confusing/poorly signposted one way junction. Not ideal.

ci siamo fermati solo una notte, di ritorno dal giro dei castelli. posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro, infatti abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel garage e abbiamo girato a piedi. camera grande, doccia grande, letto comodo...tutto ok. l'unica pecca-stranezza ( x noi italiano non esiste), hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato della cena ( anche se non si faceva in loco ) e di una caparra, rimborsati dopo 2 gg. devo dire a loro favore, che non hanno trattenuto nessun importo, per l'annullamento della camera di amici, causa ricovero di una persona
